We are looking for a freelance video lecturer (m/f/d) for the Public and Nonprofit Management part of our Bachelor's degree program in social work that can be done online.

Job descriptions:

  • You use different tools, like PowerPoint, to plan and make presentations for short films that are relevant to the lessons.
  • You record voice-over and talking head movies.
  • IU technical contacts will help you through the whole process of making.
  • Here are some of the things that are covered: the basics of non-profit management, the basics of public management, leadership, and governance in NPOs, management systems in public and non-profit organizations, the unique aspects of managing different legal forms in non-profit organizations, and managing human resources in public and non-profit organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree from a university or a comparable qualification.
  • Practice using tools like PowerPoint and, ideally, real-world practice in the area you want to work in.
  • Knowledge of German well (at least level C1).
  • Essential tech gear, like a laptop, an external webcam with full HD definition, and a clip-on microphone.
